Uniforms & Gear

As a registered HBC Club member, you'll be kitted out in a brand-new uniform. We're excited to be rolling out a fresh new look this season that you'll be proud to wear.

Here's how uniform distribution will work:

Seniors: Uniforms will be handed out during one of your team's training sessions.

Juniors: Keep an eye out for an announcement about our uniform collection day.

Remember: To be eligible to receive your new uniform, you need to be registered and have your subs paid or a payment plan arranged. Please take care of this as soon as possible so we can get you on the field looking your best!

If players (seniors or juniors) do want to wear a cap or visor whilst playing they are required to wear the club's cap or visor. These can be purchased from our online shop.

Fees

Please refer to the Registration page for all information about Fees

If you are unable to pay the full season’s fees upfront, our Treasurer will contact you after registration to advise on your personalised payment plan.

The terms of this plan will be clearly outlined and must be adhered to.

Timely payment of all membership fees is expected.

For any questions or to discuss the payment plan in more detail, please contact the Treasurer at: [email protected]

Please note: Harbour Softball have not increased their team fees from last season, but they have introduced a player levy of $10 pp, which will be in place for the next two seasons. This levy will directly support the development of new batting cages—a much-needed facility that will benefit all our players and help us continue to grow the game in our community.

Liquor Licensing

A reminder that you cannot bring your own alcohol to training or the ball park. This is being closely monitored by the Police and Liquor Licensing Authority. There will be no drinking of alcohol on the diamonds.

Club Duty Days

Three times in the season we as a Club are required to help out at Rosedale Softball Park.

Our Club Duty days for the 2025-26 season are:
- 27 Sep 2025
- 21 Feb 2026

As a Club we're asked to pull together and help. If we spread the load across the Club that'll mean all you have to contribute is one hour. When your coach/manager comes calling, please consider your assistance.
